The past weeks have proved to be trying for our country and the world with the growing impact of COVID-19 (the coronavirus). We wanted to let you know that Dakota Claims Service Inc. has taken steps to protect our employees and our customers in this extraordinary time.
Our guiding principles have been the safety of our employees and maintaining the highest level of customer service. With this in mind, Dakota Claims Service Inc. has adopted the attached Best Practices for Continued Safe Claims Handling. We will be completing our work in person, as allowed, with as few delays as possible by following the aforementioned process.
We have also expanded our ability to handle claims remotely through our communications system, including telephony and collaboration tools. We have increased the capacity of these systems to accommodate increased volumes and utilization. We are also prepared to complete desk adjustments as requested.
We understand that maintaining your ability to make dynamic, real-time decisions is critical, especially in this environment.
